We are all different and deserving of support.
F. A. Q.s
How do I know that you are the right therapist for me?
I offer a free 10 minute consultation over the phone to talk about your needs and ensure that you feel my support will be of help to you.
How does individual therapy work?
You will first be asked to fill out some information forms that will help guide the sessions and inform me of your current concerns. When we meet, you will be asked to share with me your feelings and some of your history. A treatment plan will be discussed and you will be able to let me know what direction you would like work in to make change. Using an eclectic variety of skills I have been trained in over the years, we will create goals and work towards helping you feel better in your life.

Are your services covered by insurance?
As a Registered Psychotherapist, some insurance companies will cover my services. To know for sure, I encourage your to call and ask if your private insurance covers “Registered Psychotherapy”. Receipts are provided at the end of the session by email and can be kept for income tax purposes as psychotherapy can now be claimed as a medical expense.
